Fee Schedule
THIS FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PERSONAL PARTIES OR EVENTS. (NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, BABY SHOWERS, etc.)

Free for meetings sponsored by a City of Hartford department or 501 c3 group. Rental schedule is as follows:

Monday-Saturday
  1. Morning-4 hours (8am to 12pm)
  2. Afternoon-4 hours (12pm to 4pm)
  3. Early evening-2 hours (4pm to 6pm)
  4. Late evening-2 hours (6pm to 8pm)

If you require more time than the block reservation times, you must reserve multiple time blocks. All requests will be reviewed for availability and approved by the Recreation Division. Scroll down to "Facility Areas" to reserve.
