SWIM LESSONS
Always, Safety First: We prioritize safety with small class sizes, ensuring personalized attention and a focus on water safety practices
STROKE DEVELOPMENT
ALL AGES Registration required. Calling all swimmers who want hone their skills for swim team or those swimmers who just want to improve their technique.
WATER AEROBICS
AGES 18 & UP Registration required. Participants are in a group fitness class setting. The classes may focus on
aerobic, endurance, resistance training, to a combination of all three creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.
LIFEGUARD PREPARATION COURSE
AGES 14 & UP Registration required. This course is designed for those individuals who are not part of a swim team and would like to build the skills and be able to complete the lifeguard pre-requisites to take the lifeguard certification course. This class is also open to help those individuals who want to hone their water skills specifically related to lifeguarding to be able to complete those same pre-requisites in preparation for participating in the lifeguard class
LAP SWIM
ALL AGES Drop in program. Designated lane (s) for lap swimming without the worry of being interrupted by other swimmers. Participants may track their distance through a wall chart that is on the pool deck.
RECREATION SWIM
ALL AGES Drop in program. Come enjoy the indoor (heated) pool. No structured program just fun!
WATER EQUIPMENT
AGES 18 & UP Drop in program. Both Arroyo & Parker Indoor Pools have specialty water equipment available; water bicycle, tread mill, kick boards, noodles, etc. Come try a new twist on an old workout!
FRIDAY FUN DAY!
AGES 8-17 Drop in program. Youth participants are welcome to come play in the pool with; water basketballs, noodles, floats n more.
INFANT-TODDLER SWIM
The Toddler Swim Program is the perfect first step in your child's aquatic journey, providing them with the skills and confidence to enjoy the water safely and have fun!
